Objectives of the Mid-Term Meeting

The Mid-Term Meeting is a management meeting, mainly focused on the progress report. The structure of the meeting will tackle all the Work Packages, from the developing ones to the ones to be developed, giving the opportunity to evaluate the work done (process and results) and the collaboration of the team and to see where the EU’GO project stands.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES

In case your luggage gets lost, you need to provide the address: CEMEA, via Argentina Altobelli 32, 00177, Roma (+39 06 45492629)

It has not been possible to harmonize the arrivals to organize the pick up, so you will join us directly at the office or at the restaurant, depending on your arrival time. The restaurant “Scaramouche” is just opposite CEMEA’s office.

FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT

From the Airport FIUMICINO you have to exit the air terminal and go right until the coach station at the end of Terminal 3, bus parking no.3 (see the map). You can buy the tickets on line (€ 3.60), inside Terminal 3 or directly on the bus (€ 6.00).

You can take the Terravision bus to Rome Termini Station. The bus will stop on one side of Termini Station, on via Marsala (see the map). You need to cross Termini Station and get out in via Giolitti (the other side of Termini Station). In via Giovanni Giolitti, you need to take tram number 14 (it is the terminal, so only one direction) for 18 stops and get off at the Prenestina Cocconi stop. Cross the street and the children’s park (Piazza Grandi), enter the street Argentina Altobelli and ring on the Replay-CEMEA entry phone at number 32.

FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT

From the CIAMPINO airport go to the bus parking just outside the terminal of arrivals, take the Terravision bus to Rome Termini Station. You can buy the ticket at Terravision desk at the arrivals. The bus will stop on one side of Termini Station, on via Marsala (see the map). You need to cross Termini Station and get out in via Giolitti (the other side of Termini Station). Restaurant Scaramouche, in Via Dino Penazzato 83 A/B (Quartiere Collatino). If you will take a taxi, please check if some of the partner are arriving at the same airport at the same time and join us directly to the restaurant, where we have booked also for late meals.

We have booked single rooms in the hotel “Idea HOTEL”, a new design hotel located in Rome’s east area, just 5 minutes walk from the CEMEA’s office.

It features contemporary furnished rooms provided with internet WIFI, air conditioning, private bathroom with tub or shower, mini fridge, desk with internet access, flat TV screen, satellite channels and SKY Gold TV. The beds are provided with soft mattresses and hypoallergenic duvets and 4 pillows.

The breakfast includes a rich buffet: homemade pastries and biscuits, fruit salads, yogurts, cheese, cold cuts, dietary and vegetarian foods.

Check in is after 14.00 and check out before 12.00.

WORKING PLACE:

We will work in the green room, a space without fixed furniture dedicated to training and meetings up to 25 participants. The room is fully equipped with data show, screen and flipcharts. Internet wireless connection will be available in all the working area.
