Mobility Of Staff
The staff’s learning mobility has a key role in reaching the success of Senior Plus, as well as in the creation of transferable results. The “job shadowing” will allow not only the creation of the conditions for a quality support of seniors but it will also outline a new specialised figure that will guide and accompany seniors through their active aging. Within the partnership, different levels of mutual knowledge and experience in common work have been analysed. It has been considered that a period of mutual training through job shadowing of personnel within the consortium would be very useful to sustain common work within Senior Plus and for the preparation of international mobility of seniors.
The staff involved in mobility will have the possibility to see the local opportunities for senior voluntary work. They could also meet the candidates for voluntary work in their own country, creating a bond of trust with the future participants before they arrive.
