The first months of Senior Plus went along focusing on the development of the first learning outputs of the project. We put our energies in this step of research and preparation because we know how important it is for the learning process that will follow. We also like to pay attention to details and to grow a collaboration among the international partnership, which is why the exchange of feedback is another key element we value.
This first period of Senior Plus project have been, in a sense, an international team building by distance, adopting strategies and building working tools with the purpose to coordinate better the common actions of the project while taking care of the local specificities of the topic.
From the 7th to the 12th of July 2016 we expect in Italy 2 advisors/trainers from each S+ partners that will participate to the Training for Trainers. The objective is to create a common methodological and educative ground and prepare the European trainers who, in different countries, will locally follow 20 seniors participating in the training course, taking them through the re-discovery and growing of their competences and in the creation of their own E-portfolio.
Meanwhile, next stop: France, 6th – 7th June 2016, when the S+ managers will meet for the second transnational meeting to monitor the project trend.
